Taylor Swift is releasing a special version of her Eras Tour concert on Disney+, titled The Final Show. The release will include performances that weren’t in the original concert film, most importantly, songs from her album The Tortured Poets Department, which she added to the tour after it came out in April 2024. The trailer shows highlights like her performance of “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me,” where she wears a unique white dress covered in handwritten lyrics, and “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,” featuring dancers in top hats. In a message to her fans, Swift says, “I wanna thank every single one of you for being a part of the most thrilling chapter of my entire life to date.”

The final concert, recorded in Vancouver on December 8, 2024, included five unexpected songs. Taylor Swift performed “A Place in This World” and “New Romantics” on guitar, and “Long Live,” “New Year’s Day,” and “The Manuscript” on piano. She even playfully changed a lyric in “Long Live” from “It was the end of a decade” to “It was the end of an era.” Fans can watch this special on Disney+ starting December 12, alongside the The End of an Era documentary about her Eras Tour. This release is just one day before Swift’s birthday on December 13, leaving many to wonder what she has planned next—and if it will somehow relate to the theme of Eras!
