A new mod for the game Pragmata allows players to replace the protagonist, Hugh, with Optimus Prime, the famous leader of the Autobots from the Transformers series. It’s a popular choice – sorry, Megatron fans!
This mod, released on Nexus Mods on April 26th, replaces the character Hugh with a fully functional, playable version of the Robot in Disguise, seamlessly adding the Autobot into the game’s world.
Unfortunately, this is just a visual update, so Optimus can’t actually transform into his vehicle form and Diana can’t drive it.
How to install the mods
Per the mod page, installation is fairly straightforward. See the steps below.
- Download the Optimus Prime or Minecraft Steve mods
- Install REFramework
- In REFramework, expand “Loose File Loader” and enable it
- Drag and drop the mod file into Fluffy Mod Manager
- Launch the game
Optimus, a mod created by JPTheHero, is part of a series of Pragmata modifications that swap out the character Hugh with well-known figures from popular culture.
Besides those already mentioned, Hugh has also been given the appearance of characters like Master Chief, Mega Man, Doomguy, Isaac Clarke, and even Steve from Minecraft.
This mod doesn’t alter the character Diana, but a smaller version of her has been made into a VTuber and featured with the popular Japanese streamer, Usada Pekora.
