Krispy Kreme is partnering with Masters of the Universe to release a special collection of doughnuts. These treats are inspired by famous characters from the franchise, including He-Man and Skeletor, and will only be available for a limited time.
Starting May 26th, a new collaboration will be available at Krispy Kreme stores nationwide. This launch comes as Mattel and Amazon MGM Studios work to revitalize the popular franchise.
This collection features three special doughnuts with a theme, and a unique box of twelve designed with inspiration from the characters – both heroes and villains – of Eternia.
Krispy Kreme reveals Masters of the Universe collection
First up is the He-Man Caramel Crunch Doughnut: a classic glazed doughnut covered in red caramel icing and a swirl of cheesecake-flavored buttercream. It’s finished with a graham cracker crumble and a He-Man-shaped candy piece.
The Skeletor Double Chocolate Doughnut starts with a plain doughnut shell filled with rich chocolate custard. It’s then glazed with chocolate icing and sprinkled with chocolate cookie crumbs, and finally topped with a fun Skeletor candy piece.
The Cringer Claw Cookie Dough Doughnut completes the lineup – it’s an Original Glazed doughnut covered in cookie dough flavored icing.
