Clavicular‘s lawyers have issued a statement following a lawsuit filed by an influencer who alleges battery, fraud, and emotional distress. She claims the looksmaxxing streamer is responsible.
According to a lawsuit filed in Florida and reported by TMZ, social media personality Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza first encountered Braden Peters (who goes by Clavicular) when she was 16 years old.
According to the lawsuit, Peters asked Mendoza to become a prominent figure representing the ‘looksmaxxing’ community, and she reportedly paid him $1,000 for assistance in growing her online presence.
Peters took an Uber to Cape Cod, Massachusetts, to attend a party at her parents’ house.
According to the lawsuit, a lot of alcohol was being served at the house, and Mendoza became very drunk. She claims Peters had sex with her while she was too intoxicated to agree, and again the next morning as she was waking up, without her consent both times.

Clavicular’s legal team responds to lawsuit accusing influencer of assault & fraud
The lawsuit claims Clavicular injected a fat-dissolving substance called Aqualyx into Mendoza’s face while broadcasting live online. Mendoza says she didn’t give permission for the injection, and Clavicular wasn’t qualified to perform it. She also alleges that Peters told her the injection might have contained methamphetamine.
Mendoza is suing the streamer and asking for more than $50,000 in compensation. She claims she suffered emotional distress, physical harm, was deceived, and had her name and image used without permission.
According to a statement released to TMZ, the legal team stated the claims made in the lawsuit are clear, and they anticipate communication from Mr. Peters’ lawyers.

Steve Kramer, the lawyer for Clav, released a statement to the media regarding the lawsuit.
Kramer stated that they are aware of the recent complaint against Mr. Peters, but these are just accusations that haven’t been proven. Mr. Peters disagrees with the claims and says the events didn’t happen as described. He plans to defend himself legally and won’t be making any further public statements about the matter at this time.
Peters is facing new legal trouble following his arrest in March for simple assault. He was also under investigation at that time for shooting a dead alligator while broadcasting live online.
