Euphoria Recap: Tinseltown

The strip club owned by the show’s creator has a tagline that’s shockingly fitting for this season: “Fully nude, always lewd.” Almost all the female characters – with the exception of Lexi, who wasn’t in this week’s episode – have ended up involved in sex work, either directly or by controlling others who are. While previous seasons of the show used sex and nudity to explore the complexities of figuring out one’s sexuality, that nuance is missing now. The show presents women as either being exploited or being the exploiters. While important stories about sex work can be told, this show isn’t telling them. From the beginning, Euphoria has shown a troubling undercurrent of misogyny, evident in reports about how nudity was handled during filming and in the experiences of characters like Cassie.

The Forsytes Recap: Panic at the Brokerage

Honestly, everyone on this show is with the wrong person! I have a much better idea of who should be with whom. Jol and Louisa would be great together, and Irene and Phil are clearly meant to be. When Alexandra arrives, she and James should hit it off. June should marry Hannah – she needs a bigger storyline anyway! Frances deserves someone like Bill from True Blood, and Soames needs some time alone to reflect. As for Emily, she and her dog should just enjoy their happy ending.

The Most Anticipated Upcoming Anime Reboots of 2026

I’m really excited about what’s coming up in anime! It’s not just sequels and spin-offs getting buzz, but these incredible remakes and revivals. What’s so cool is they’re not just rehashing old ideas – they’re completely rebuilding these series from the ground up, staying true to what made them special. Whether you grew up with these shows or are discovering them now, 2026 is shaping up to be an amazing year for anime storytelling. And the best part? These projects are in the hands of studios with a proven track record – they’ve earned this chance to bring these stories to life, and they’re delivering!

‘The Mummy’ Proves Why Lee Cronin Should Revive ‘A Nightmare on Elm Street’

After the huge success of Evil Dead Rise and the promising start of The Mummy, director Lee Cronin is in high demand. He’s already confirmed his next project as director – an original ghost story called Box of Bones – and is also expanding into television and producing. Recently, he expressed interest in working on a major horror franchise, and after his work on The Mummy, he seems like a natural fit to lead it.

RHOA Recap: Fake Booties, Fake Vegans, and Fake Businesses

K. Michelle is continuing to be a standout cast member, and this week’s episode featured a funny and relatable moment: dealing with complications from a Brazilian Butt Lift. Despite feeling unwell, she fully committed to the ‘Housewives’ experience, getting her makeup and hair done at the hospital before meeting up with Phaedra, Porsha, and Cynthia for a girls’ day. It’s great to see K. Michelle interacting with veteran Real Housewives of Atlanta stars – their chemistry is clear, and she fits right in. While a dramatic entrance like Vicki Gunvalson’s wheelchair moment would have been iconic, even watching K. Michelle struggle up the stairs with help from the nail tech was classic diva behavior. Phaedra recognized the dedication, reminding everyone that she herself had a full face of makeup while giving birth in public!

Halloween Ends Killed a 48-Year-Old Horror Franchise (And is Trending on Netflix)

The latest Halloween movie, Halloween Ends, didn’t live up to expectations. While previous films suggested a satisfying conclusion to the long-running series, this one shifted focus to a new character instead of delivering the final battle between Michael Myers and Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis). Despite currently ranking at number 8 on Netflix, the film hasn’t gained a better reception over time, and remains a letdown for fans of the 48-year-old franchise.

10 Best Fantasy Anime From the ’80s & ’90s

High fantasy features complex magic and is set in imaginative worlds inspired by medieval times, but distinctly different from our own. Low fantasy tends to be more grounded, often taking place within Earth’s history, even with the addition of magic. Isekai stories, where characters are transported to another world, remain incredibly popular in anime, light novels, and manga.

15 Iconic HBO Characters: From Tony Soprano to Daenerys Targaryen

HBO has created so many memorable characters over the years that it’s impossible to include them all. We had to leave out favorites like Larry Sanders, Mare Sheehan, and even Pedro Pascal’s nuanced portrayal of Joel from The Last of Us. Shows like The Sopranos, The Wire, and Succession are overflowing with iconic characters who could easily fill an entire list on their own. With that said, here are 15 of the greatest characters in HBO history.

This Divisive Anime Was Actually Ahead of Its Time

Sword Art Online became popular because it explored ideas that went beyond typical fantasy adventures. It focused on things like living in a virtual world, how we create identities online, relationships formed through gaming, and the impact of virtual rules on real life – all before these themes became common in anime. Now, looking back, it seems like the show was criticized for being innovative and ahead of its time.

Forget Dune 3, Ramayana Is the Ultimate 2-Part IMAX Epic of 2026

The epic story of Ramayana, one of the oldest and most important religious tales ever told, is now coming to IMAX theaters for audiences worldwide. This new adaptation combines stunning visuals and a richly detailed world with a strategy similar to blockbuster franchises like Dune, making it a unique and ambitious mythological film that deserves to be seen.
