Asmongold reveals his bizarre diet of beef jerky and candy

Asmongold recently shared details about what he typically eats while streaming, explaining that his daily diet consists mainly of fast food, snacks, and a large amount of beef jerky.

During an appearance on the AllCraft Podcast with Rich Campbell and Caleb Hammer, a Twitch streamer talked about their diet, which immediately sparked a reaction from the hosts.

Asmongold explained his typical eating habits: he usually starts with breakfast and beef jerky, continues with more beef jerky during his stream, then has candy and even more beef jerky afterward. He finishes off with Chipotle and ice cream.

He mentioned his evenings usually finish with a sweet treat followed by relaxation: “I always have ice cream, then chocolate, and end up falling asleep on the floor while watching anime.”

Asmongold had to cut back on Chipotle

The discussion shifted to his diet, and Asmongold shared that he used to eat Chipotle very frequently.

I used to eat a lot of Chipotle. When I had my blood pressure checked, it was really high – 193 was the reading they gave me.

He says he’s cut back on his Chipotle habit, but he still goes pretty often. He used to eat there six times a week, and now it’s down to four.

The conversation started when Caleb Hammer began questioning the streamer about their lifestyle, specifically their diet and spending habits, as part of a larger discussion about money and well-being.

While Asmon was explaining his daily intake, Caleb muttered, “what the f**k?”

Asmongold shared that he still lives in his original house. He jokingly explained that if he moved, he’d have to cover his windows with aluminum foil again to block out all light, something he used to do to create a completely dark room.

Asmongold has surprised his audience with details about his home before. He gained attention in 2024 when he showed viewers his house after cleaning it, revealing that he believed there was a deceased animal somewhere inside.
