Jake Paul hinted he might be done with boxing after injuring his jaw during his recent fight with Anthony Joshua.
In December, Jake Paul faced his toughest boxing match yet against Anthony Joshua, a former heavyweight champion of the world. Joshua, 36, won by knockout in the sixth round, after Paul had been knocked down four times during the fight.
Following the match, Jake announced he had broken his jaw during the fight with AJ and expected a lengthy recovery before he could compete again. He acknowledged the loss, saying, “I was definitely beaten, but that’s part of the sport.”
As of May, the boxer known as ‘Problem Child’ has suggested he might be done with the sport, following medical advice against continuing.
Double broken jaw. Give me Canelo in 10 days.

Jake Paul reveals his doctor doesn’t want him boxing again
He explained to Ariel Helwani on May 11th that he’s having his jaw scanned again in a few days to check on how it’s healing. He hopes the scans will give his doctors a clearer idea of when – or if – he’ll be able to fight again.
It’s certainly possible. I’m feeling much better as time passes, but I need to get medical clearance before I can start sparring again.
Jake feels he still has more to prove and wants to continue fighting, but his doctor, Arman, has advised him against it. Jake confirmed, “He’s telling me he doesn’t want me to fight.”

The boxer, who first became known as a YouTuber, shared that his fiancée, Jutta Leerdam, sees both points of view and has even suggested he doesn’t need to fight anymore.
People have often wondered if Jake Paul would follow his brother, Logan, and join WWE. However, Jake has said he’s not allowed to because of his ongoing issues with Dana White.
“I think there is a little bit of static, but its nothing we can’t fix,” Logan said.
Jake’s contract with the PFL, which would have marked his entry into MMA, apparently ended in January and he never actually competed for the organization.
