With the clay torsos broken, the winners of Physical: Asia have been crowned. From a competition featuring eight countries, one team has emerged victorious and will receive the prize for being the strongest nation.
Physical: 100’s spin-off is a new Netflix series where teams of six elite athletes from Korea, Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Mongolia, Australia, and Turkey compete against each other. They’ll face tough challenges testing their stamina, strategy, ability to work together, and overall strength.
Four teams started the final round, but after a recent challenge called the Death Match, only three remained. Everything has led to this: a single country will be crowned the winner.
Winning the championship brings not only national pride but also a prize of one billion won (around $700,000). While many of us guessed who would win, the outcome remained a mystery… until now! Be careful – spoilers follow!
Physical: Asia winner

The winner of Physical: Asia is Team Korea.
Their team includes:
- Kim Dong-hyun, MMA fighter
- Kim Min-jae, ssireum wrestler
- Jang Eun-sil, wrestler
- Amotti, Crossfitter
- Choi Seung-yeon, Crossfitter
- Yun Sung-bin, former skeleton racer
Korea and Team Mongolia reached the final round and faced off in three challenges: wall pushing, iron ball dragging, and a game called infinite tail tagging. Korea won, but Mongolia competed fiercely.
After fighting MMA for around 20 years, Kim Dong-hyun reflects that he never quite achieved the championship titles he always wanted. He wonders if it was simply bad luck, or if he lacked the necessary skill to win them.
I used to be really hard on myself, but winning Physical: Asia with this Korean team feels better than any personal achievement I could have hoped for. It’s the proudest moment of my career, and I’m incredibly thankful.

This is Amotti’s second win on a Netflix show, following his victory on Physical: 100 Season 2. He explained that while his first win was a personal experience, he was thrilled to share this victory with his teammates, making it even more meaningful.
