Viral Spurs fan says “soft” Knicks fans would not fight him one-on-one

Once the video went viral, he responded on Instagram Stories, saying he was largely unharmed.

“I don’t got no damage. And I got a little cut on my fist, but I’m fine. I’m back home,” he said.

Okay, so about that whole scene in New York… yeah, I was rocking a Spurs jersey while celebrating, but just to be clear, I’m actually from Philly! Don’t let the shirt fool you, I definitely wasn’t repping Texas.

He explained that while he loves New York City itself, he doesn’t have any fondness for the Knicks basketball team. Since they eliminated his preferred team, he was rooting for the San Antonio Spurs instead.

He stated he didn’t feel afraid during the event, and noted that the crowd only started acting courageously after the police arrived.

He stated he never felt concerned because his opponents wouldn’t face him directly. He felt they lacked the respect to engage in a one-on-one confrontation.

I’m not suggesting everyone in New York is weak, but those who only tried to appear strong after the police arrived? That’s just pathetic.

Even with all the excitement, he lightheartedly mentioned his Dennis Rodman jersey made it through the night undamaged, while some Knicks fans reportedly attempted to tear up and burn Spurs jerseys during the celebration.

The fan mentioned he might share a more detailed video explaining the situation later on. However, his first reactions have already made this already unusual incident at the Knicks’ championship celebration even more interesting.

The video keeps being shared online, and people are amazed by the Tottenham supporter who seemed ready to confront a large group of excited New York fans. So many viewers think he’d be perfect for WWE – they want the wrestling organization to sign him, thanks to his sudden fame.

Even famous people are sharing their thoughts on what he did. For example, comedian Bert Kreischer posted the videos and a picture he took with Wallace, calling him a “legend.”
