Lin streams live content in real life and has gained a significant online following. However, she’s also frequently faced criticism and controversy due to her actions during those broadcasts.
In October 2025, Lin and Zoe Spencer were banned from Twitch after an old video caused significant public criticism. The video showed them behaving inappropriately towards FaZe Silky’s assistant, Said, and many viewers felt the behavior was non-consensual. This incident led to a wider discussion about how Twitch handles inappropriate content and enforces its rules.

Videos shared online by FreedomNewsTV and in Lin’s own livestream showed him being arrested after he climbed onto a vehicle reportedly belonging to Amazon near Madison Square Garden during a Knicks game.
According to reports, the NYPD was dispersing crowds near the arena and using barricades on several streets to prevent gatherings outside official viewing locations.
Videos shared online showed Jeremy Lin apparently getting onto a car while fans yelled “Knicks in 5.” It’s currently unknown if he will face any charges related to this event.

The arrest happened during a lively and somewhat chaotic night in New York City, following the Knicks’ victory that fans had been waiting a long time for.
