A software engineer in Maryland gave a special-edition Dunkin’ Donut box a high-tech makeover, turning it into a working handheld game console.
Brianna, a 25-year-old TikTok creator who goes by Cocoa’s Aesthetic, recently became popular online after she creatively reused a ring box from Dunkin’ Donuts, as she shared in an interview with People magazine.
Her mother, a collector of interesting promotional items, originally gave her the gift. She’s a self-described cozy gamer, and the item’s substantial build and elegant gold lettering made it impossible for her to discard.
Building a viral console in just two days
Brianna decided to create her own unique game, building it entirely from the ground up. She used an Arduino ESP32 microcontroller, a small OLED screen, two buttons, and even a power drill to bring her game, Latte Mania, to life.
This software is like a digital pet game – players manage a coffee shop by taking orders and playing quick games to serve customers.
She managed to finish the entire project – including writing the software and assembling the hardware – in just one weekend. As she told People magazine, she started on Friday morning and worked straight through until Sunday night, barely sleeping. She was simply driven by a constant stream of ideas and spent the whole time coding.

She mentioned she can’t make a ton of them to sell because each one takes so much work, but she’s looking into making ‘Latte Mania’ playable online, which is amazing news!
