MrBeast funds 1000 “life-changing” surgeries for people who’ve been waiting decades

I was so blown away by what MrBeast did! He seriously changed the lives of 1000 people by giving them surgeries they’d been needing – some had been waiting for these for decades! It’s incredible to see someone use their platform to make such a huge difference.

I’m a huge MrBeast fan, and it’s amazing that beyond all the crazy stunts on his main channel, Jimmy also runs Beast Philanthropy. It’s a separate channel where he focuses entirely on giving back and doing good, and honestly, some of the projects they’ve done there have been life-changing for so many people!

MrBeast has consistently used his own funds to make a positive impact, including restoring sight to those with blindness, providing access to clean water through well construction, and donating shoes to people in need.

On January 25th, MrBeast (Donaldson) revisited his Beast Philanthropy organization, sharing that he’d funded surgeries for 1000 people, with some procedures restoring sight.

In a recent video released on January 25th, MrBeast provided aid to 1000 people in Kenya. Most received quick, 10-minute surgeries to correct cataracts and restore their vision. Others who had been waiting for years, but couldn’t afford it, received treatment for thyroid problems.

MrBeast wondered how many of the 1000 surgeries they were performing in Kenya would actually take place if they weren’t filming the video. A nurse responded, simply, “none.”

Doesn’t this seem incredible? This video is changing the lives of everyone you see in it, and none of it would have happened without it.

MrBeast’s team shared a heartwarming story about Mama Jane, who finally received surgery for a thyroid condition after waiting 20 years. Just one month later, she was happily back home, taking care of her family with no problems.

MrBeast has explained that his Beast Philanthropy videos help him raise money for charity. However, some people have criticized him for making money from videos about good deeds.

He’s committed to continuing his work helping others. He noted in July that it’s amazing how much positive impact they’ve been able to make through their YouTube channel.
