Miller Lite launches soccer ball that holds 12-pack of beer for FIFA World Cup

Miller Lite is releasing a special beer pack for the 2026 FIFA World Cup: a 12-pack designed to look like a soccer ball. It’s being called a really cool collectible item.

When the 2026 FIFA World Cup begins on June 11th, fans from around the world will be heading to the United States, Canada, and Mexico, and organizers want to make sure everyone has a great time – and that includes having plenty of balls for the matches!

Miller Beer introduced a unique soccer ball on May 13th – it’s designed to look like a standard ball but actually opens up to hold a 12-pack of beer.

The only catch? It’s not exactly a regulation ball.

The Miller Lite ball is much larger – about one and a half times the size of a regular soccer ball – and isn’t meant for playing on the field.

However, it’s designed to be refilled, meaning fans can continue to fill it with their favorite cold drinks – ideal for tailgating and watch parties.

Miller Lite is selling the ball for $19.75, an ode to the year when the beer company was created.

US fans have a chance to win a prize through a social media contest! People 21 and over can nominate someone they think is a ‘Most Valuable Player’ for a chance to win a signed ball.

The Most Valuable Player isn’t always the one on the field. Tell us who your MVP is and what they do to make game day special! You could win a Miller Time MVP Matchball – a unique soccer ball designed with a 12-pack of Miller Lite in mind. After all, for true MVPs, it’s always Miller Time in the U.S.

This summer is huge for both soccer and beer lovers. Miller Lite, America’s original light beer, is perfect for enjoying these moments. With ‘The Matchball,’ we’re celebrating and thanking the fans who make every game-watching party so special – and a soccer ball designed to hold a 12-pack of beer? It’s a fun way to add to the excitement!” says Courtney Benedict, Marketing VP for Miller Lite.

The popular beer brand isn’t the only one benefiting from the excitement around the World Cup. Just recently, BuzzBallz introduced eight special, limited-edition World Cup SoccerBallz cocktails.

Toronto joined the World Cup excitement by releasing six soccer-themed condoms.
