If you’re planning to play with others, here’s what you need to know about cross-play and whether your progress carries over between different platforms.

Good news for players who want to connect with friends on different devices – Skate lets you play with people on any platform! Cross-play is automatically enabled, but you’ll need to follow a few simple steps to connect with friends who aren’t playing on the same system as you.

  • Open the Hub menu
  • Select Social & Spectate
  • Select Search
  • Search using your friend’s username or ID
  • Select your friend’s name and choose ”Add EA Friend”

Your friend will get an invite that they need to accept. If you’ve received a friend request this way, you can find and accept it in the ‘Requests’ section of the ‘Social & Spectate’ menu.

After you and a friend connect as EA friends, you can start playing online together, no matter what gaming platform you each use.
