A Japanese car company is releasing a new accessory package inspired by the popular virtual singer Hatsune Miku, allowing fans to personalize their cars with Miku-themed details.
The Move Canbus Hatsune Miku Edition, nicknamed “Miku Canbus 2,” will be released in Japan on December 10, 2025, and it’s quickly becoming known as one of the most elaborate official collaborations with Hatsune Miku this year.
For ¥256,300 (about $1,645 USD), the Hatsune Miku makeover transforms the car with custom seat covers, light-colored interior accents, and wraps for the steering wheel and gear shift. It also includes nine exterior decorations featuring a picnic design created by a fan.

The new kit is themed around a picnic, and its creators hope it will inspire people to enjoy quality time with friends in a comfortable and special setting, according to translations of the official announcement.

The car, a Daihatsu Move Canbus, is a small, boxy vehicle perfect for city use. It’s known for its charming, retro design, sliding doors, and a surprisingly spacious and functional interior – making it an ideal choice for a fun and creative makeover inspired by Miku.
The concept car was a huge hit at Magical Mirai 2025, attracting over 1,100 people who wanted to check it out. The positive response led the manufacturer to announce a full launch, with the car available as a kit through Japanese dealerships and on Amazon.

Hatsune Miku’s custom car is definitely eye-catching, but it’s just one of many exciting collaborations she’s been a part of this year. Fans have already enjoyed a Hatsune Miku gaming PC by ASUS, a Miku skin for Fortnite, and official clothing lines. There was even a remarkably large, fully functional gaming PC built in her image!
