Halo, Microsoft’s most iconic game series, is coming to PlayStation for the first time ever. Halo is coming to PlayStation 5 with the newly announced remake of the original Halo: Combat Evolved. Microsoft revealed a new plan earlier this year to release some of its popular game franchises on consoles that compete with Xbox. For years, these games were exclusive to Xbox, but the change appears to be driven by a company goal to increase Xbox’s profitability.
Microsoft has been having success releasing games on PlayStation, with titles regularly appearing among the best-sellers.
