Kadokawa Reconfirms Elden Ring and The Duskbloods for Nintendo Switch 2

As a huge fan, I was so relieved to see Kadokawa, FromSoftware’s parent company, officially state in their latest financial report that Elden Ring and the Switch 2 version of The Duskbloods are still on track! No delays announced, which is fantastic news!
Both games are still scheduled to launch in 2026, and the publisher is relying on them to boost the brand’s popularity and attract a wider audience.
A Canadian store recently listed a version of Elden Ring called “Tarnished Edition” for the upcoming Nintendo Switch 2. The listing suggested it would ship on July 10, 2026, and cost around $110 Canadian dollars (about $80 US).
These details might give an idea about the possible release date, although everything should still be taken with a pinch of salt since the publisher has not yet officially confirmed a final launch date. Once the developers make an official announcement, we’ll make sure to let you guys know here at esXX.
A live-action movie based on the popular video game Elden Ring is officially happening! It’s scheduled to come out in March 2028, and the actors who will star in the film have just been announced.
