Digitalis Publishing, a game developer and publisher, has revealed Veritas Tales: Witch of the Dark Castle, a new ‘Neo-Classic Digital Gamebook RPG’ coming to PC via Steam in 2026.

Veritas Tales is a modern take on the classic gamebook experience, as described by Digitalis Publishing. The game features over 300 illustrations created by experienced artist Yoshio Nishimura.

Inspired by classic gamebooks such as Sorcery! and Grailquest, this game also takes advantage of digital features to create a fresh experience.
