Flashlight Games and Death Kumiai revealed during the April Indie Live Expo that their game, Annihilated, will be released on PC (Steam) on July 22nd.
I stumbled across this cool-looking dungeon crawler RPG back in February, and the premise really grabbed me – it’s all about making tough choices because you can only save one character. I noticed when I first checked it out on Steam that they mentioned using AI to help with the programming, but that little note has disappeared now. It’s a bit weird, but honestly, I’m more excited about the gameplay!
A release date trailer can be found below, via Flashlight Games.
About the Game
The Hero’s party has been annihilated.
Okay, so the game throws this crazy dilemma at you: you can only save one of these characters, but here’s the catch – they’re all seriously messed up. There’s a Hero who can’t talk, a Mage who’s lost their magic, a Warrior who’s basically weak, and a Priest… well, let’s just say the Priest has a major problem. It’s a tough choice, honestly!
