After months of drama surrounding the highly publicized breakup known as “Scandoval,” Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have reached a tentative settlement in their lawsuit over their former home. According to the Daily Mail, Madix’s lawyers filed a conditional agreement, but the specific terms of the settlement haven’t been revealed.
Ariana Madix sued her ex, Tom Sandoval, over what to do with their $2 million house in Valley Village. Madix wanted to sell the modern farmhouse and split the money, but Sandoval wanted to keep it. In a confession on the show Vanderpump Rules, Madix explained that Sandoval was responsible for the breakdown of their relationship and shouldn’t get to keep the house as a result. Throughout season 11 of VPR, they lived in the house while avoiding direct contact with each other, relying on their assistants to communicate. Madix purchased a new home in the Hollywood Hills in 2024, but the dispute over the Valley Village property continued.
Anyone who’s experienced a difficult breakup knows that even after things are officially finished, it can still feel unresolved. A court hearing is set for February 5th, and if the terms of the agreement aren’t satisfied by then, the case will likely go to trial around Valentine’s Day, on February 17th.
