After completing enough raids and quests, you’ll unlock Stella Montis, the first map added to Arc Raiders after launch. While you’re exploring Stella Montis, be sure to start Lance’s quest, “In My Image,” which requires you to find and collect loot from three androids scattered around the map. We have some updates about this quest – both good and bad – detailed below.
Just so you know, you don’t have to gather resources from Stella Montis to finish the “In My Image” quest. Feel free to start with an empty loadout if you’d rather focus on exploring the complicated map and finding the androids. This way, you won’t lose valuable items if things go wrong.

Where to find androids for the In My Image quest
You can find androids in a few different locations, but to finish this quest, you must find them on the Stella Montis map. They’re similar to the androids you might have seen in the lower parts of Blue Gate, but only the ones on Stella Montis can be searched for items. Actually, it’s not all of them – we have some good news and some bad news about that…
Unfortunately, there isn’t a specific location marked on the map where you can find androids. You’ll have to search the map carefully to stumble upon them – they’ll be leaning against walls or lying on the floor in random places. Also, you won’t be able to loot every android you find in Stella Montis. Some are just for show and can’t be interacted with. Keep an eye out for androids with a small icon above them – those are the ones you can loot.
There’s also some good news: androids aren’t uncommon in Stella Montis. It might take some searching through rooms and hallways, but if you’re patient and look carefully, you should be able to find enough of them to finish the quest in just a couple of attempts. Don’t forget to check hidden spots like corners and areas outside your immediate view, as they sometimes appear in unexpected places.
Okay, so I finally managed to track down and salvage parts from three of those androids, which means I finished the ‘In My Image’ quest! Now I need to head back to Lance in Speranza. The trip isn’t easy though – there are raiders and those tough Shredder enemies everywhere around the Stella Montis extraction points, so I’ve got to be careful. Once I reach an extraction point, I can fast travel back and get started on the next part of the story!
