Xbox Is Down, Impacting The Outer Worlds 2 Game Pass Launch

The internet is facing another widespread disruption as Microsoft Azure, a major cloud service, is currently experiencing problems. Microsoft has confirmed the issues began earlier today and are affecting various Microsoft services and the Xbox network worldwide.

The launch of The Outer Worlds 2 has faced some problems, with Xbox players potentially unable to buy or install the game on either PC or Xbox consoles. This also impacts Xbox Game Pass subscribers. The developers at Obsidian Entertainment are collaborating with Microsoft to fix these issues.

Because of a current problem with Azure services, you might not be able to buy or install The Outer Worlds 2 on Xbox Series X|S, the Xbox app for PC, or through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass right now.
