Valve has updated the Steam Deck compatibility rating for Square Enix’s *Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles* from ‘Playable’ to ‘Verified’.
Just under an hour ago, the game’s compatibility rating was updated. It was originally marked as Playable because Valve noted some in-game text was too small to easily read. Now, it’s been changed to Verified, as Valve has confirmed the in-game text is readable on the Steam Deck.
If you’re still on the fence about the game, you can find Scott’s review here, a comparison of handheld versions here, and all of our helpful guides here.
Final Fantasy Tactics – The Ivalice Chronicles is now released on PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam, as well as PlayStation 4 and the original Nintendo Switch.
