She’s taken a break from her job, moving to the small town of Åre, but when a teenager disappears, she’s pulled back into investigating. It’s a gripping story!

But the story kicks off when she returns to her small hometown in Sweden after her adoptive mother passes away. Just when she thinks she can leave and move on, everything goes terribly wrong. It sounds like a real thriller!

When one of Lejla’s friends is found murdered, her daughter goes missing. Simultaneously, she hopes to finally uncover the truth about her own kidnapping years ago – a case that remains unsolved with her abductor still at large.
