At today’s Nacon Connect event, Teyon released a developer diary called ‘Pillars of The Hunt‘ for their game, Hunter: The Reckoning – Deathwish.
During the March Xbox Partner Preview, the game Hunter: The Reckoning – Deathwish was revealed. It’s heavily inspired by the classic Vampire: The Masquerade Bloodlines and uses the rules from the 5th edition tabletop role-playing game for Hunter: The Reckoning.
The latest video features director Piotr Łatocha explaining how the team developed the game, covering its world and how the role-playing works. It also includes short previews of fighting, detective work, and the tools you’ll use to create your character.
Hunter: The Reckoning – Deathwish will be available in 2027 on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. It’s also part of the Xbox Play Anywhere program, meaning you can play it on both your Xbox console and PC with one purchase.
The popular monster-hunting series from the World of Darkness is back with a new action role-playing game for video games. Revealed at the recent Xbox Partner Preview, the game lets players explore a detailed and realistic New York City, tracking down dangerous creatures and following leads to find their targets. It’s being developed by Teyon, the team known for the well-received RoboCop: Rogue City.
This Dev Diary explores the core gameplay features that will define your struggle to survive. Every choice you make – from planning with your teammates to reacting to unexpected challenges – will be crucial when you’re trying to succeed.
