This card is definitely one of the most adorable in the set. The artwork shows Lillie happily encouraging her Clefairy, who is celebrating and waving its arms. Interestingly, despite its appeal, a perfect PSA 10 grade of this card is currently worth a little less than a PSA 10 Salamence ex.
