Brad Pitt’s ‘F1′ Beaten on Apple TV+ Streaming Chart by Keanu Reeves’ New Movie ‘Outcome’

Apple TV+’s latest movie, starring Keanu Reeves, has quickly become its most popular film, surpassing even the success of its previous hit, F1: The Movie. Directed by Joseph Kosinski – who previously revitalized the Top Gun franchise with Top Gun: MaverickF1: The Movie featured Brad Pitt as a seasoned racer brought in to turn around a struggling Formula 1 team. The film was a huge success, staying in the top spot on Apple TV+’s charts for over 110 days after its release in late 2025. However, the new Keanu Reeves film unexpectedly took the lead, becoming the streamer’s most-watched movie.

Jonah Hill’s directorial debut, Outcome, features Keanu Reeves as Reef Hawk, a once-famous child actor whose career and life are threatened by a leaked video. Reef must confront his past mistakes and repair relationships with those he’s wronged, all while trying to figure out who is behind the leak. Apple heavily invested in the film, boasting a star-studded cast including Cameron Diaz, Matt Bomer, Jonah Hill, Martin Scorsese, Susan Lucci, David Spade, Drew Barrymore, Roy Wood Jr., Laverne Cox, and Atsuko Okatsuka, among others.

Keanu Reeves’ new movie, Outcome, quickly became the most popular title on Apple TV+, just one day after its release. It’s currently number one, bumping F1 down to second place. Greyhound, The Gorge, and Eternity round out the top five. While F1 had a brief run in theaters to be eligible for awards, Outcome went straight to streaming. That was likely a good move, as Outcome might not have done well in cinemas.

Even Keanu Reeves Can’t Save ‘Outcome’

Keanu Reeves is known for starring in many successful movies and franchises, with John Wick being a recent standout. He’s also been in classics like The Matrix, Point Break, Bill & Ted, and Speed, among many other great films. Sadly, Outcome isn’t among his successes.

Critics and audiences have strongly disliked Jonah Hill’s new film, Outcome. While his documentary Stutz was well-received in 2022, Outcome marks his second directorial feature to receive largely negative reviews. Currently, the film has a low 26% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Usually, strong audience reactions can sometimes counteract negative reviews, but that doesn’t seem likely for Outcome, which also has a poor audience score of 32%. Although it’s possible these scores could shift as more people see the film and share their opinions, it’s facing a tough reception.

Keanu Reeves Fans Should Watch ‘Good Fortune’ for a Better Outcome

Looking for a touching and emotional movie with Keanu Reeves that isn’t just packed with action? While his 2025 film, Outcome, didn’t do well, Good Fortune is definitely worth checking out. Directed by Aziz Ansari (from Parks & Rec), the movie stars Reeves as an angel who wants to do more good in the world, and secretly goes above and beyond to help people facing difficult times.
