Okay, so this is kinda wild! Turns out the developers of the game Dispatch actually used me, LeanBeefPatty, as inspiration for the character Malevola’s body! I recently showed off my own Malevola cosplay, and it’s just crazy to see how much I influenced the design. It’s a huge honor, honestly!
Released to widespread praise in late 2025, Dispatch follows Robert Robertson, a former superhero, as he begins a new job at SDN. He now dispatches local heroes to respond to emergencies and disasters in Torrence, California.
AdHoc Studio’s first game was a huge success, captivating players with its compelling story, choices that mattered, and memorable characters. Adding to the excitement, popular gaming personalities like JackSepticEye, MoistCritikal, and Alanah Pearce lent their voices to the game.
The project wasn’t just influenced by a few people. Derek Stratton, Dispatch’s art director, revealed that the sculpted physique of fitness creator LeanBeefPatty, and the famous Cindy Crawford Pepsi ad from the early 90s, heavily inspired the design of Malevola.

He described her as a combination of Cindy Crawford from those old commercials, a powerful, edgy character, and the incredibly fit physique of influencer LeanBeefPatty, as he told IGN in November.
LeanBeefPatty’s Malevola cosplay goes viral
So, around mid-December, the developers over at Dispatch actually used me, LeanBeefPatty, as a reference for the character Malevola! It was super cool and I ended up doing a cosplay of her and posting it on Instagram – it got like, 340,000 likes, which was wild!

People filled the comments with praise for the influencer and her amazing portrayal of the character. Even well-known voice actor Matt Mercer commented, calling it “INCREDIBLE!”
It’s come full circle – you’ve dressed up as a character inspired by yourself! One person playfully remarked that everything is perfectly in place, like a momentous occasion.
Alanah Pearce, known as the voice of Malevola, playfully responded to a tag asking if a particular image was her, saying, “Yes, it actually is!”
Since the character Malevola was designed to look like LeanBeefPatty, this cosplay is incredibly accurate – except for the difference in height. Malevola is a towering 6’6.6” in the game, while Patty, who used to be a gymnast, is 5’2”.
Good news for Dispatch fans! The game’s developers recently hinted in an interview with Eurogamer that a second season might be coming soon.
