NetEase Games and Everstone Studio are planning a major update for their free-to-play adventure RPG, Where Winds Meet, called “The Imperial Palace.” This update, expected by the end of 2026, will be one of the game’s largest expansions yet.
You can now play Where Winds Meet on Android, iOS, PlayStation 5, and PC. It’s available through Steam, the Epic Games Store, and the Microsoft Store worldwide. Plus, if you play on Android or iOS, you can continue your progress and play with friends on PC and PlayStation 5!

In Where Winds Meet, you’ll discover a huge and detailed open world with over 20 different areas to roam. The game blends historical elements with the fantastical world of Wuxia. You’ll encounter over 10,000 unique characters, each with their own personality and reacting to your choices – you can build relationships and turn them into friends or rivals.
Players can become skilled in over 40 different fighting styles and wield a variety of weapons like spears, swords, and dual blades. They’ll also unlock special skills, such as precise acupuncture strikes, powerful roars, delicate picking techniques, and the flowing movements of Tai Chi.
You can experience the game as a solitary warrior or join forces with up to four friends. Expect over 150 hours of engaging story and exploration. If you want to put your skills to the test, you can also battle other players in PVP combat.
In Where Winds Meet, you create your own story and choose your own path. You can play as a doctor, merchant, assassin, or bounty hunter, and decide whether to be a force for good or evil. The game lets you follow your initial goals or change direction completely, all while enjoying complete freedom and exciting adventures.
