As a Bond fanatic, I always like to know which films give me the most bang for my buck, and No Time to Die definitely wins in terms of length – it’s a full 163 minutes! That’s a good 15 minutes longer than Spectre. What surprises me though, is that the shortest Bond film is also from the Daniel Craig years. Quantum of Solace clocks in at just 106 minutes, and I’ve always heard the making of that one was pretty chaotic, so maybe that explains why they had to cut it down.

Without that one, his Bond films actually average nearly two and a half hours – 149 minutes to be exact! It’s amazing how much story they try to pack in now.
This pattern shows how the tone of the James Bond films has changed over time. During Sean Connery’s time as Bond, the movies were known for quick, exciting plots and fast action. But with Daniel Craig, each film (with the exception of Quantum of Solace) strives for a grand, sweeping story and a complex plot that takes time to unfold.
