Hey everyone, just wanted to let you know Rockstar dropped an update for Red Dead Redemption! It basically makes the game run way better on newer consoles – a really nice upgrade if you’re playing on a PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X/S. It’s awesome they’re still supporting this game!
Okay, so finally! Red Dead Redemption, including Undead Nightmare, is officially available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and the new Nintendo Switch 2. It’s a huge upgrade – the game runs super smooth at 60fps and looks amazing in 4K with HDR. And for the Switch 2 version, they’ve even added mouse control and DLSS, which is awesome!
If you already have the 2010 version of the game on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, or Xbox One, you can download this update for free. And if you’re a GTA+ member (which includes the game through PS Plus), you’ll also get these improvements at no extra charge.
The update also launched for Netflix users and those with iPhones and Android phones. Check out the screenshots below to see how the game looks now.
