You can now preorder Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade for Nintendo Switch 2 at Amazon and Best Buy. The game is surprisingly affordable at just $40. It will be released on January 22, 2026, for both Nintendo Switch 2 and Xbox Series X|S. Square Enix is only offering a physical copy for the Switch 2, which includes in-game bonuses and a Magic: The Gathering Final Fantasy Play Booster Pack.

During the recent Nintendo Direct presentation, Square Enix highlighted two role-playing games: Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade and Dragon Quest VII Reimagined. Interestingly, both are updated versions of popular, classic RPGs originally released as turn-based games. Dragon Quest VII Reimagined, a major overhaul of the original, will be available on consoles and PC starting February 5th.
