YouTubers performed an incredible stunt, sending a Ram TRX pickup truck flying about 60 feet through the air – just like something you’d see in a video game. Amazingly, the truck was still drivable after the landing!
A video showing a powerful pickup truck launching off a dirt ramp quickly went viral. The truck flew through the air before landing with a significant impact. Surprisingly, the damage to the truck was minimal.
$100k Ram TRX survives massive jump
The YouTubers featured in the video launched the Ram TRX off a big dirt ramp. The truck soared through the air, traveling a significant distance before landing with a hard impact that caused the suspension to compress fully.
The Ram TRX isn’t your typical truck. It’s a high-performance pickup with a powerful 702-horsepower supercharged V8 engine, designed for fast, off-road adventures.

Despite the successful landing, it was rough. The truck hit the ground with such force that the suspension reached its limit, and the jump caused noticeable damage to its undercarriage and exterior.
Even so, the YouTubers didn’t seem to worry about the damage. They mentioned the truck initially cost about $65,000, but newer Ram TRX models can now cost over $100,000.
They suggested this impressive feat is only the first step for the vehicle, and that it’s likely to be customized further in the future.
Fortunately, this situation had a relatively good outcome. That’s not what happened when YouTuber Max Fosh took his friend’s car and used it in a demolition derby.
