Update 1.2 for Where Winds Meet is now available for everyone, finishing the story in Kaifeng. Along with a challenging new world boss called the Nameless General and the Jianghu Martial Games, you can now face the final boss of the main story. A New Game+ showcase has also been released to give you a preview of what to expect.
The scene shows the main character facing off against one opponent by a lake bathed in moonlight. Everything then transforms into a dreamlike painting, and they must battle a Phantom that can change its shape, appearing as previous bosses like the River Master, Dao Lord, Murong Yuan, and Zheng E. Knowing how these past enemies fought will be crucial.
There’s a cool visual effect with each attack – it’s like splashes of ink creating a painted look that adds to the game’s dreamlike atmosphere. Plus, exciting new content is coming soon! On January 22nd, a new area called the Nine Mortal Ways Base will be released. And on January 16th, players can enjoy the Mistveil Prison Puzzle Cave and the start of the Guild Battle Preseason Event.
Our new story, “Whispers Beneath the Moon,” will be released on January 25th. Then, on January 29th, we’ll launch the Year of Abundance and Season-End Dash events.
