Valor Mortis pre-alpha playtest now available until October 13

After being shown at gamescom 2025’s Opening Night Live, Lyrical Games and One More Level (the creators of *Ghostrunner*) have launched a public playtest for their new first-person soulslike game, Valor Mortis.

I’m really excited about Valor Mortis! It’s currently being developed for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC (on Steam), and they’re aiming for a 2026 release. The cool part is, the first playtest is happening *right now* on PC until October 13th, and it includes the entire first chapter.
