Spotify is now offering a new feature called Listening Stats that shows users a summary of their music listening habits each week. Available to both free and paid subscribers in over 60 countries, it reveals your top artists, most-played tracks, and other personalized data from the last four weeks.
Your weekly recap now features playlists created from what you’ve been listening to, plus a special highlight showcasing things like personal milestones, new music you might like, or cool moments from other fans. You can also easily share your listening stats directly to Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
Spotify created this feature to help users discover and remember the music they love all year long. And for a complete look back at their listening habits, Spotify’s annual Wrapped is still the best way to do it.

How to view your weekly listening stats
- Tap your profile image to open the main menu
- Select the “Listening Stats” tab
- Browse your top artists, songs, and weekly insights
- Tap Share to post your stats or individual highlights
Spotify is now giving users a direct look at their listening habits within the app. Previously, people needed to use separate apps or wait for the yearly ‘Wrapped’ summary to see this information. Now, with the new Listening Stats feature, Spotify aims to keep you updated on what you’re listening to in real time, much like its Daylist and Release Radar features.
With this launch, Spotify is doubling down on making music more personal and easier to share. They’re continuing to emphasize social features and tools that help users discover new music, setting the stage for their plans through 2026.
