The premiere date was unexpectedly announced at CCXP in Brazil, where star and executive producer Payton List also revealed the first trailer for the upcoming season. The new season will begin with three episodes.

‘School Spirits’ Has Been a Huge Hit, but No One Talks About It
Let’s be honest, when we talk about Paramount+, it’s usually all about Taylor Sheridan. But I was really surprised to see the numbers for Season 2 of School Spirits. It pulled in 3.9 million viewers in its first month – almost double the audience of Season 1! A big part of that success? The first season lived on Netflix, which definitely gave it a boost. When they greenlit Season 3, Shauna Phelan from Awesomeness and Nickelodeon mentioned…
We’re excited to announce the return of School Spirits for another season! Peyton List and the entire cast will continue to deliver a captivating story. The show’s creators, Oliver Goldstick, Nate Trinrud, and Megan Trinrud, are fantastic at portraying the challenges and emotions of being a teenager, all while keeping the mystery engaging. We can’t wait for viewers to see what happens next at Split River High.
The show’s second season was a critical and audience success, significantly improving upon its already strong first season. Critics’ scores jumped from 83% to a perfect 100%, and audience scores rose from 90% to 95%. This creates high hopes for Season 3, as viewers and critics alike are expecting the same level of quality. With many describing Season 2 as “absolutely amazing” and “incredible,” the series appears to have hit its stride and is poised for continued success when new episodes premiere next month.
