Something Classic Games revealed that its pixel-art RPG, Quartet, will receive a major update (version 1.4) later this month. The update will add New Game Plus, a very difficult Nightmare mode, and developer commentary, giving players extra challenges and insights into the game’s creation.
The new update will be available on consoles shortly after it launches on Steam. This update, version 1.4, has been in the works for several months and comes after the major 1.3 update (you can read about that here). Quartet will also launch on Nintendo Switch on May 12th for $19.99. You can find it on the eShop here.

Quartet is now available for PC (Steam, GOG, Epic). It launches on May 12 for Nintendo Switch.

We’re almost finished with Quartet v1.4! We’ve been working hard to create a Nightmare mode that’s both enjoyable and challenging. You’ll unlock this new difficulty level after completing the game once. We expect to release it on Steam by the end of the month, with console versions coming shortly after!
