Annapurna Interactive and Iridium Studios launched their new turn-based RPG musical, People of Note, today. You can now play it on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
I’m so excited about People of Note! You play as Cadence, a pop singer who doesn’t quite make the cut in a big song contest. It makes her realize she needs a band! So, the game follows her journey across this awesome world – from the rock city of Durandis to the EDM vibes of Lumina – as she searches for amazing musicians to join her and help her really shine.
As you add more band members, you unlock new skills. During turn-based battles, you can switch musical styles and combine them to take advantage of your band’s unique talents. But exploring the world isn’t just about fighting – People of Note also includes puzzles and traditional dungeon crawling.
The game retails for $24.99, with a 10% launch discount on select platforms.
