‘The Technical Legal Term for This: Batsh-t Crazy’

According to Corn-Revere, now a lead attorney at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, many agree with his view of the FCC’s actions. FCC Commissioner Anna Gomez, the agency’s only Democrat, stated that the recent decision is a severe attack on First Amendment rights – the worst she’s seen from the FCC. She also noted that moving up the renewal dates for Disney’s licenses – some of which weren’t up for renewal for another five years – is something the agency hasn’t done in decades. Gomez described the move as a clear attempt to punish a broadcast network, silence dissenting voices, and retaliate against individuals within the network, calling it “outrageous.” She warned that media companies can’t assume giving in to demands will protect them from future actions that violate their First Amendment rights.

Death Parade Lost Something Important Once It Started Explaining Itself

The show’s initial mystery created a deeply unsettling atmosphere that lingered throughout. The more viewers didn’t understand about Quindecim, the more disturbing it became, feeling fundamentally unjust and beyond reason. As the story began to reveal its secrets, some of that tension eased. While the plot became clearer, it also lost some of its impact. Death Parade was most effective when it felt like an incomprehensible nightmare.

Lisa Kudrow Says Friends Writers Would Discuss ‘Sexual Fantasies’ About the Cast

Courteney Cox acknowledged the intense work environment on Friends, recalling that the writers – primarily men – often worked until 3am. She said she didn’t care what people said about her privately, as long as it meant the show was getting done. This comment came in response to a 2000 lawsuit filed by a writers’ assistant, Amaani Lyle, against Warner Bros. and three Friends writers/producers (Adam Chase, Gregory Malins, and Andrew Reich). Lyle alleged sexual harassment, but the case was dismissed because the offensive comments weren’t directed at her personally.

Toy Story 6 Storyline Addressed By Director Ahead Of New Sequel

I’m so excited for the new Toy Story movie! It’s been a while – seven years since the last one and sixteen since Toy Story 3, which honestly felt like a good ending at the time. But now, Woody, Buzz, Jessie, and the whole gang are facing a new challenge: Bonnie has a tablet named Lilypad, and it’s changing everything for them. I can’t wait to see how they handle it!

Bitmine’s Ethereal Gamble: A Comedy of Corporate Hubris?

Ethereum Supply Dynamics

Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (BMNR), that enfant terrible of the industry, has anointed itself as one of Ethereum’s grandest patrons. With a staggering $17.34 billion invested-a sum that would make even the most profligate aristocrat blush-the company sits upon an unrealized loss of $6.35 billion. Yet, like a true romantic, it continues to buy, adding 101,627 ETH last week alone. “To own 5% of all ETH issued,” they declare, with a flourish worthy of a Victorian dandy. Already, they hold 4.12%, a feat as impressive as it is absurd. And yet, 73% of this treasure is staked, generating a modest $264 million in annualized revenue-a mere bauble in their grand tapestry of ambition.
