Update 12 is now available for MLB The Show 26! This update focuses on fixing bugs in Diamond Dynasty and across the game, plus it includes improvements to how players look. Here are the full patch notes for Update 12.

Update 12 for MLB The Show 26, along with server updates, will be released on all platforms at 4 AM Pacific Time on June 16, 2026.

General:
- Firstly, fixed an issue with Exhibition: Daily Lineups where pitching decisions were missing for some games on the calendar.
- Furthermore, fixed a visual bug that would sometimes show the timer being ahead for daily log in rewards.
- Lastly, fixed a bug that prevented the depth of field setting from displaying properly on XBOX.
Diamond Dynasty:
- Fixed a bug where logos might not appear correctly when selecting a specific game in Mini Seasons.
- Secondly, added UI to show the series record in the playoffs for Mini Seasons.
- Fixed an issue that allowed users to repeatedly simulate the Championship Game in WBC Mini Seasons for rewards without progressing through the preceding games.
- NOTE: Rewards for the WBC Mini Season will be reverted to the Championship bundle after a content update around noon PT on 6/16.
- Lastly, fixed a bug where Orioles and Red Sox uniforms would not display correctly in Diamond Quest, Moments, Conquest, or Play vs CPU.

Overall, that includes all patch notes for MLB The Show 26 Update 12.
This update includes general bug fixes and improvements specifically for Diamond Dynasty mode. Unfortunately, Franchise and Road To The Show weren’t updated this time around. However, Diamond Dynasty players should find some helpful fixes in this release.
Player appearances have been updated as of June 16th, so you’ll now see more accurate character models in all game modes. We plan to continue improving player likenesses throughout the rest of the season, so keep an eye out for future updates!
