Yacht Club Games has postponed the release of *Mina the Hollower* on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam), Switch, and the upcoming Switch 2. The game was originally scheduled to launch on October 31st, but now has no confirmed release date.
The recent delay isn’t a big issue, according to the announcement. It will allow the development team extra time to polish the game’s design, balance gameplay, and add language support, among other things. For those who haven’t heard, *Mina the Hollower* was initially planned for PC only, but will now launch on the same day for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S, alongside the confirmed Nintendo Switch 2 version.
Mina the Hollower is currently being developed for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and computers via Steam.

We’ve made the difficult decision to push back the release of Mina the Hollower. Everyone on the team has been working incredibly hard to finish the game by October 31st, but we need a little more time. It’s not a big delay – we just want to add some final touches and refinements to ensure the game is the best it can be.

Hey everyone, just wanted to give a quick update. We’re almost done with the game, but I don’t want to give you a release date until we’ve officially submitted it to PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, and everything else. I promise we’ll let you know as soon as we have confirmation! Just need to cross the finish line now, so please be patient!

Finalizing design, art, and sound
Overall game balancing
Implementing localization
Eating cheese
