Madonna is partnering with the Grindr app, a social network for LGBTQIA+ people, to give users special access and exclusive content within the app.
I’m so excited! Madonna just announced she’s releasing a new album called ‘Confessions II’ in July – it’s a sequel to her amazing 2005 album! She’s been getting back out there to promote it, which is awesome, and she even surprised everyone by showing up on stage with Sabrina Carpenter at Coachella! I can’t wait to hear it.
To help get the word out about her new music, she’s released a single to streaming services after first sharing it on Pride Radio, an LGBTQIA+ radio station. She’s also partnering with Grindr, a social networking app popular within the LGBTQIA+ community.
The collaboration explained
When people open the Grindr app, they see a square on their profile grid featuring Madonna. Tapping on it plays a message from the singer.
Motha is excited to announce a special vinyl release of her new album, exclusively for Grindr users. She chose Grindr because she wanted to share it with a vibrant and engaged audience, asking, “Are you ready for Confessions II?”

I’m so excited about this new partnership! It’s bringing some really cool stuff to Grindr users, like exclusive content and limited-edition merch. The best part? You can actually get a special picture vinyl of the album, and Madonna herself picked out the tracks! It’s a really unique collaboration.
Grindr announced that Madonna will be featuring on the app, aiming to connect her fans with the LGBTQ+ community during Pride month.
