LeBron James played a prank on NBA star Draymond Green that nearly led to a fight, all stemming from a discussion about a $100 million contract.
Now that James is nearing the end of his basketball career, he’s enjoying new hobbies, such as golf, and even playing some elaborate pranks.
LeBron James recently teamed up with Rich Paul and Anthony Davis for a new show on TBS, but things almost went wrong when they playfully teased someone who wasn’t amused.
Draymond Green doesn’t see funny side of prank
The first episode of ‘Foul Play with Anthony Davis’ featured Draymond Green of the Golden State Warriors as the main target of the humor.
LeBron James and Anthony Davis had to step in and calm things down before Draymond Green reacted angrily, as they observed the situation unfolding.
Someone asked Green to invest $100 million in a new business, but he refused. He said he would never send that much cash to anyone, questioning who even has $100 million in cash just sitting around.

After setting up the stunt, the performers informed Green that many other investors had similar funds, leading to a shouting match that Green found highly unpleasant.
An argument escalated, and Green became visibly angry, stating, “First of all, please stop shouting. I’m an adult, and I’m leaving because I will respond with force if you continue.”
James and Davis were enjoying watching the scene play out on a screen, but they had to quickly explain it was a prank when Green got angry and threatened to hit one of the actors.
Thankfully, Green was a good sport and admitted he got played after hugging his NBA peers.
