Leonardo DiCaprio didn’t win an Oscar, but he certainly made a statement on the red carpet with a striking mustache that caught everyone’s attention. The facial hair isn’t for a personal style change or a new Western role; it’s for his upcoming film with Martin Scorsese, What Happens at Night. Apple TV+ recently shared the first image from the movie, showing DiCaprio and Jennifer Lawrence walking through the snow. The film, based on Peter Cameron’s novel, tells the story of an American couple traveling to Europe to adopt a baby. The initial photo suggests their journey won’t be easy. Patricia Clarkson, Mads Mikkelsen, Jared Harris, and Welker White also star in the movie, though it’s unclear if they’ll be sporting mustaches as well. While there’s no release date yet, one thing’s for sure: fans are hoping DiCaprio keeps the mustache for as long as possible.
