To celebrate 15 years of the Hyperdimension Neptunia series, Compile Heart and Idea Factory are creating a new theme song. This song will be used as battle music in the next main Hyperdimension Neptunia game. Fans can even submit lyrics for a chance to be included – submissions are being accepted until November 30th.
The new theme song is expected to be an upbeat and inspiring track for Neptune’s team during competitions. The creators want the lyrics to emphasize themes of bravery, teamwork, and perseverance, and to include motivating phrases like “we can’t be defeated” and “we have to win.”
You’ll need a Google account to submit the contest form. Also, please be aware that Idea Factory Co., Ltd. will be credited as the lyricist for the final theme song, and they may make changes to the lyrics as needed.

Rie Tanaka, who voices Neptune in the Japanese version of the game, will perform the new theme song. She’ll also be singing lyrics chosen from a recent contest. Five contest participants will randomly be selected to receive autographed, Neptunia-themed paper, but prizes can only be shipped within Japan to valid addresses.
