Overall, that includes all unlockable characters in Mario Tennis Fever.
You can unlock most characters simply by playing the game. For example, playing a total of 50 tennis matches will unlock Kamek, Spike, Diddy Kong, Chain Chomp, Birdo, Koopa Paratroopa, and Petey Piranha. Other characters, like the Babies and Nabbit, become available by winning tournaments.
Trial Towers and Score Challenges offer a greater test of skill, and can be harder to unlock. The Tower of Trickery, especially, might take a while to finish. However, highly skilled players should be able to complete all the Trial Towers in around two hours.
