Blue Protocol: Star Resonance is a free online multiplayer game with optional in-game purchases. You’ll create a customizable anime-style character and journey through a large, open world called Magna. To get around easily, it’s helpful to unlock abilities, and one of the most useful is Float, which lets you fly. This guide will show you how to get and use Float.
How to get and use float in Blue Protocol Star Resonance
The Float ability lets you gently descend through the air, helping you reach specific areas more easily. It’s a very useful skill to unlock quickly. So, how do you get it?
Many players recommend completing the “Terra Resonance” quest. You’ll get this quest after speaking with Airona in Port Town, but it doesn’t become available until you’ve finished the “New Talents. New Trials” mission at level 17. This quest is helpful because it guides you through all the steps needed to learn the Float skill. If you’re not in a rush to get this skill, completing the quest will also unlock Phantom Dash and give you extra rewards.
You can also unlock Float without doing this quest. Check your map for a wing icon near the Ancient City of Vil in the Asteria Plains and head there.
When you arrive, you’ll notice large, blue plants. Be sure to interact with them. Then, navigate to the Skills tab. On the left side, at the bottom, you’ll find a circular icon. Click this icon to open the skill menu. Finally, move the Float skill from Asteria Plains into one of the empty skill slots.
Once you get this power, you can float in the air by pressing the Q key while jumping. It’s that easy!
