In just a few minutes, Prologue: Go Wayback! will launch into Early Access. This is a single-player survival game where you’ll explore a randomly generated wilderness on your way to a weather station.
People are really interested in this project, largely because it was made by Brendan Greene, who is famous for creating PUBG: Battlegrounds.
- The game will be released today exclusively on PC and will be available on Steam and the Epic Games Store.
- The title will be unlocked at 6:00 am PT.

The price of Prologue: Go Wayback! hasn’t been revealed yet, but many believe it will be affordable, likely between $10 and $20. This is because the game is intended as a stepping stone – following the initial tech demo, Preface: Undiscovered World – toward the larger goal of building a huge multiplayer game called Project Artemis. It’s therefore unlikely the developers will price Prologue: Go Wayback! as a full, expensive game.
There’s a lot of excitement surrounding the upcoming release of Prologue: Go Wayback! Considering PUBG: Battlegrounds remains the most popular game ever on Steam, and survival games are currently very trendy, many people anticipate Prologue: Go Wayback! will be a major hit.
The game is launching in Early Access and the developers intend to work on it for around a year, with many updates and improvements planned.
