The Halo TV series was unfortunately canceled after its first two seasons. However, if you’re interested in checking it out and you have a Netflix account, good news! Both seasons of the sci-fi show are currently available to stream on Netflix.
The new Netflix series, Halo, is gaining traction with viewers. As of today, October 2, it’s reached the No. 4 spot on the list of most-watched TV shows in the US. The ranking is based on the number of views, and you can find details on Netflix’s blog about how the data is measured.
The first season consisted of nine episodes, and the second season had eight, bringing the total to 17. The series features Pablo Schreiber as Master Chief, Natascha McElhone as Halsey, and Jen Taylor as Cortana.
The famous director Steven Spielberg helped produce the TV series through his company, Amblin. After the show ended in 2024, reports surfaced that the creators were trying to find a new home for it, hoping to make a third season. However, those efforts haven’t been successful so far. No updates have been released regarding its future.
A Halo movie was initially planned with Peter Jackson directing, but the project was ultimately canceled. Interestingly, the creative team then went on to make the acclaimed science fiction film District 9.
Regarding the Halo game series, Microsoft has announced they will share upcoming news on October 24th. Stay tuned to TopMob for further updates.
